Here is a basic step-by-step breakdown on how we undertake our consulting and reservation process:
- Consulting – WE LISTEN to your needs. This allows us to provide you with a customized itinerary based on your preferences and budget.
- Reservations – Once you feel comfortable and agree with the proposed quote for your Guatemala vacation, we go ahead and make the reservations with the local service providers. We send you a final itinerary as soon as everything is confirmed on our side.
- Booking – Upon agreeing on your final itinerary, we will require your pre-payment. This can be done via credit card through our secure payment gateway or you can opt to send us a wire transfer. We reconfirm all pertinent details of your Guatemala vacation and once all reservations are in place, you can complete your payment.
- Confirmation Vouchers – After receiving your payment, we will send you service vouchers together with a summary of your itinerary (this process takes us around a week). You will need to present your vouchers upon check-in at the hotels and anytime other service provider require it. You will be recognized as a client of Enjoy Guatemala and will receive the service as indicated.
